ValueFirst Messaging (www.vfirst.com), the largest MVNO (Mobile virtual network

signed a contract with a large FMCG company for its brand marketing divisions in
Acia-pacific region.

ValueFirst was choosen after thorough technical and commercial evaluation from the
regional office of the multibillion dollar FMCG house. Secure SMS gateway, System
integration capabilities and global operator connectivity were the main
differentiators which got ValueFirst this project.

The FMCG giant intends to engage its consumers into targeted SMS based contests and
game contests. "SMS marketing is still the first choice for corporates amongst other
mobile marketing mediums like MMS and GPRS because of low usage barrier from the
consumer perspective", quoted Mr. Vish Bajaj, CEO, ValueFirst.

ValueFirst pioneered enterprise mobile data services, by providing quick
time-to-market and low TCO (total cost of ownership) mobility solutions which mobile
enables enterprise CRMs and ERPs by integrating them with the two-way SMS gateway.
It is due to this novel approach to technology that ValueFirst was able to create a
new market for its kind of services in the SMS application market.

ValueFirst currently services 6 of the top 10 stock-broking companies in India and
almost all the leading private insurance companies. BPOs and Manufacturing companies
are the latest verticals to find potential in ValueFirst's services. Manufacturing
companies like Apollo, LG and IIFCO are using ValueFirst to mobilize their SFA
(Sales Force Automation) and SCM (Supply Chain Management), while BPOs (Business
Process Outsourcing) are using it to automate their roster management system, used
for employee logistics.

ValueFirst not only created newer products and services but also created a suitable
the business model to address the unique needs of small enterprises. ValueFirst has
also replicated its model internationally with regional offices in Romania, UK,
Pakistan, Nigeria, USA and Sri-Lanka.

"One of the most interesting aspects of ValueFirst is the long-term value creation,
as the business model ensures recurring revenue stream. This is of immense value as
it ensures long-term profitability and de-risks the business. ValueFirst hopes to
add another 250 to 300 customers by the end of this financial year", said Mr. Vish
Bajaj, CEO, ValueFirst.

ValueFirst is by far the largest MVNO serving the enterprise data market in terms
